Bose Fagbure is the principal counsel at Trinity Law Office. She is an experienced civil litigator and real estate lawyer. She started her legal career in a foreign jurisdiction in the field of civil litigation, and developed her experience in Property law, Corporate/Commercial law and Wills/Estate Administration. She also has experience in Family and Immigration law. Having practised law for over 2 decades, both in private practice and as an in-house counsel, she rose to become Company Secretatry/Legal Adviser of a government parastatal.
In Canada, her quest for continuation of her legal career took off with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Office of the Public Guardian & Trustee in Toronto. She worked closely with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, in their mission to protect the financial interests of minors in Ontario. This she did while pursuing her accreditation with the Federation of Law Societies of Canada (FLSC). She successfully challenged the exams set by the National Committee on Accreditation. She went on to become one of the pioneer members of the pilot Law Practice Program (LPP) of the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC), administered by Ryerson University.
Upon her call to the Ontario Bar, with the blessings and encouragement of her close colleagues at the Ministry, she went on to set up Trinity Law Office.

She was an active member of the Inter-African Committee (IAC) on Traditional Practices Affecting the Health of Women & Children in Africa. At IAC, she counseled and coached women on the awareness of gender abuse. She is currently a member of an NGO in Mississauga, Ontario where she provides career support assistance to newly-landed immigrants. Her vision is to mentor and assist up-and-coming minority lawyers to engage their full potentials, and contribute positively to the practice of law in Canada.
