Patrick Simon graduated from the University of Ottawa with an LL.L/JD cum laude. As a graduate of the National Program, he can practice law in both English and French, and is familiar with both the civil and common law traditions.
Patrick joined Vice & Hunter in 2016, as a municipal and litigation lawyer. Since joining the team, Patrick has focused most of his energy in litigious matters in the fields of construction law, procurement law, employment law, and real estate law. Patrick has also advised and assisted entrepreneurs in incorporating their small and medium enterprises.
Patrick was called to the Bar in 2014. He completed his articles in a specialized immigration litigation law firm in Toronto. At the outset of his career, Patrick acquired a breadth of courtroom experience arguing judicial reviews and motion at the Federal Court. Patrick has successfully leveraged this experience in assisting his clients in their civil litigation matters.
Patrick is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and l’Association des jurists d’expression française de l’Ontario.
